Ken and support personnel are excellent: timely responses and scheduling, hands on tackling of issues, consideration of costs.

I have worked with Sunoco on the Island for over 12 years. I have paid every bill in a timely manner, always. I have spoken to Brett many times and I believed he agreed to speak to the person who I paid to recondition my transmission- I paid without question. Unfortunately when the transmission was out of the car that gentleman did not replace a $65.00 seal that should have been replaced- it leaks. The cost, per Ken to take apart the transmission and fix the seal would cost $1,200; Ken admitted had it been done which I have been told by three Jaguar shops should have been done when the engine/transmission was apart. I have spoke to Brett again and we agreed to speak with his dad and me again.

One car was ready for me. Ken said second car would be complete today. I am told that Rick has determined something that is incorrect and I need to discuss with him regarding my Jaguar that I have discussed with Brett since February of 2022. Just a wrong decision I will discuss.

I love you guys; Brett is fixing the mistake made by the vendor who rebuilt my transmission, but failed to replace the $65.00 engine seal when he put back together transmission and engine. Please confirm this has been done as discussed. Russell Nype
